Very entertaining time with a very interesting course. Very easy to make friends with a supportive pastoral team. However the activities were targeted towards the younger people much more than to the older students which made meant that they were less entertaining for us older children. The course was challenging but at the same time very rewarding for when you were able to solve the problems.

Funtech camp- review

This week was great. I learned so much and had great teachers who guided me through my learning. I enjoyed the activities e.g game night, movie night etc.. the reason for this is because it added things to do. In my opinion this was one of the best and most fun camps i've done.

An experience

A nice experience. The classes have been fun and the people very nice. It is true that sometimes it has been a bit difficult for me to follow but in my opinion it is worth it, I have learned a lot.

The accommodation is nice, as is the food. The evening activities are great - especially movie night and scuba diving. Overall, funtech courses are educational, fun and entertaining - I would definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed this week of Hackathon in FunTech! It was a great experience, as I have not done anything like it before! I learned new terminology and interesting ways to hack into other virtual machines. The tutors of this course were great, helping whenever possible, and overall it was a great experience! The only downside were the physical laptops, which some were slow. Apart from that however, I would give five out of five stars for this course!

I feel this is just a bit unnecessary. As you can easily just put a section saying "legal name" then "preferred name" .

This course, Hackathon, was lovely the and the teachers were very helpful if you didn't understand. The summer camp was so fun and an amazing experience the activities were so enjoyable and making friends was fun and easy. If you do the accommodation rather than daytime the rooms were stunning and so comfortable very clean. Overall this experience was very educational, fun and unique.

it was only the long unit witch was extreamly boring but every thing monday to friday was so fun!

I had an amazing week and I highly recommend this camp

I think it was a brilliant week, and I liked how the teachers were always listening to what the children said.

My Week Review of FunTech

The tutors were very funny and enjoyable to spend time with, I learnt a lot about block coding and how logic coding works as well as loops, functions and variables. Fabian, Alliyah and (sometimes) Diya were my tutors and taught me very well, with a perfect balance between coding and playing.

why funtech is so good

funtech is good because it give us the chance to learn and to have fun so keep it up .
last year i did a mcreator course and this was the best one i've so i hope i'm allowed to do it again!

It was great. i loved all of it exept for the first lesson where everything you were telling me i allready knew. my favourite bit was learning things i did not know allready and my favourite thing i did not know was that you can make characters green. i am very sad that it has to stop now and on a sad scale of 1 to 10 i am at 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000063542654 right now. i will probably sign up next year if my family has enough time. i loved being able to meet people from all round the world on video call.

Very interesting would recommend it for others who are interested in java

The course was very interesting for me and the tutor was very good at explaining the units in the course and I have learned a lot this week about the basics of java and even managed to make a project using java at the end of the course.

Every session has been the highlight of my day logging on and learning new skills that I will continue to use. All interactions on the course have been very fun, and I will almost definatly do another coures next summer.

I did 3D Game design and it was honestly really fun to learn. The Unreal Engine is a great thing, and I'd love for a 2nd part on this. Good Course, good tutor, good engine, pretty much everything was good.

I enjoyed this course as I learnt new things that I would have never been able to do with no experience. Toby was a very nice teacher and it was a blessing to have him as a teacher. If I ever get to do this in school then I will know what I'm doing and it will be straight forward.

This Funtech course taught me a lot. I'm learning Python in school and I can't wait to show my new knowledge! Not only do I know more to show off to my friends but I also became aware of the stuff I haven't learnt. I have done some scratch coding so I got the basic logic of everything. The only thing I slightly didn't like was the beginning of the course was a bit slow. But it has to be slow for everybody else to understand the basics I guss... Installing the software and all of that was a bit tricky but I seems like Funtech made it a clear as possible to help everyone. Good job Funtech!
