Best tech camp I've ever been to

Hamzah is so funny but at the same time so helpful. Whenever i have a query he always solves it for me and also pushes me to my limit if we have done it before in the content. Making games is so fun, i would do it for my regular job.

A new experience

It's an new experience for me which is what made this camp exciting. I have improved so much this week, I started the week doing only 5 wpm and now I'm doing about 30 wpm.

I really enjoyed doing scratch as I have never really done it before .It was great fun and I enjoyed making my own little animations ,also i found it fascinating how the ozobots chose a direction by a code made of colours..I would love to do all of it over again!

The course itself was very in depth and always kept me busy; it taught me key game design skills in famous software that was able to be accessed from home. The tutors were very able and taught the content very well for all the students.

It's a nice camp, you can learn how to craft stuff and learn how to go to other portals.

I had an amazing week and every second was fun and interesting but break time was quite boring but it didn't matter too much! It was fun and I am really surprised because before FunTech, I hated coding but now, I don't mind it now!

Jacob was one of my tutor ,I asked most of my questions to him and most of the time I clearly understood exactly what he meant , he figured i might be a better than average phython coder so gave me challenges .I really enjoyed the camp because it was fun coding with my peers.

I found Lego Robotics very fun and interesting and taught me a lot of things about lego. The first days were a great introductory to lego robotics and I really enjoyed coding and playing with the robots (which we made ourselves). The teachers were quite calm and they were generally nice to all the students. As the days progressed, the coding was harder, but we had lots of support from our teacher who helped us through all of the challenges.I'm really happy with the standard of this camp ,which I was previously unsure about, and the activities were really fun.I would recommend this camp to all people who want to have something interesting to do on the holidays.

This week was probably one of the best weeks in the whole entire summer term! I learnt a lot about robotics within one week and I definitely have to say it was a very great journey! As well as being decently educated about robotics and coding and also developing a skill of legibly building robots, I made loads of friends and had lots of fun. i like the fooseball we played at break and other fun activities, like football and bench ball. It's amazing how you could build moving robots and it's also entertaining. The tutors are very good and very nice as well, helping you when you need it. overall, it's incredible. THANKS FUNTECH!

Lego Robotics Senior Summer Camp

Our tutor Ben is an amazing teacher and has really helped us throughout the week and taught us a lot about Lego Robotics. Overall the camp was amazing the PC setup was good and all the computers worked. The staff were amazing and has taught us a lot. This was the best summer camp I have ever been to

Fun time even after multipe times doing it.

This was my third time going on this camp (this is only because it is coming up to my GCSE's). I have seen major improvements from the start from learning the basic of touch typing and picking up my speed a bit in the first year to this year at almost 50 words per minute which is great. This was my third time going on this camp (this is only because it is coming up to my GCSE's). I have seen major improvements from the start from learning the basic of touch typing and picking up my speed a bit in the first year to this year at almost 50 words per minute which is great. I have found it really fun every year and would really recommend it for others wanting to learn to touch type. Also this year particularly I have had really fun and motivating teachers Aaron, Connor, Bradon and Joshua.
Once again world recommend it to people that will want to learn to touch type.

I think FunTech is very very cool and fun

it improved my typing and confidence with computers. it has been the funest 5 days with a computer of my life.

Awesome camp

i have enjoyed funtech a lot but breaks could be improved because we get sat down for 15 minutes doing nothing. Other than that it's great I enjoyed Minecraft with redstone and recommend Brandon would come again.:)

Occasionally we have a group where the course content is not sufficient to stretch the more able students. If this happens then we determine the level of knowledge and if within our remit our development highly skilled curriculum team will create content better suited for them which our tutors then deliver. As bias as this may sound, I would say FunTech tutors are simply as they are committed to each child's learning, otherwise these situations would not be picked up and reported to head office.
