IT WAS VERY FUN

Tis' Good

I have had a brilliant week at funtech. The teachers are all really fun,supportive and good at their job. I would really recommend this course to anyone who enjoys maths and has had some programming experience.

Minecraft Mods

The course was fun and I made a lot of friends. I learnt how to do commands and make mobs. My villager was so good it crashed the game. A villager stole my painting.

Fun Tech

The dinosaur model was hard to put together and the the roller coaster was hard but it was fun to make the space ship.

This was a really interesting holiday camp. Worth while doing. Great service. Although some softwares weren't completely installed for the sensors, Arthur helped in organising them. It helped me make good friends and will not forget it

Good course - I would recommend it to anyone new to coding

The only real coding I had ever did was Scratch, and a bit of Unity. I believed that I would be the only person who didn't know a THING about coding... However, I was wrong. Many other people also didn't know how to code, and so I fitted in quickly, and made new friends. All of my tutors were in...

The only real coding I had ever did was Scratch, and a bit of Unity. I believed that I would be the only person who didn't know a THING about coding... However, I was wrong.
Many other people also didn't know how to code, and so I fitted in quickly, and made new friends. All of my tutors were incredibly friendly, and they came over as soon as I needed help. My two main tutors (Abul and Gabriel) were incredibly friendly, and funny! It isn't like a normal school classroom - Everyone's laughing and chatting... And STILL doing all the work set out for us! Over the week, I've gone from not knowing how to make a single Python File, to being able to print, define, create AI and make incredible, fun games, such as tic tac toe and hangman! We always have interesting debates in our break, such as AI, electric cars and games! Abul loves games, and, in break, we all chat about gaming, movies and cars! Gabriel is probably the most helpful person I have ever met in my life - when I got stuck with my tic tac toe AI game, he came over, sat by me, and helped me for a good 30 minutes, until I had fully completed and understood the AI.
In a nutshell, I would recommend this course to anyone who can't code, or has little experience coding, because even if you think you're hopeless at coding (like I was), you'll fit in perfectly, make new friends and go from a person who has little faith in coding, to someone who can't wait to get back home and see if you can code Pacman!

Best camp ever!

The python coding course helped me learn a lot and the tutors were fair with me and all of the other students. Alongside this, they ensured that everyone progressed at all moments. Because of the hard work that the tutors put in, they deserve a promotion.

Pay rise is needed for all 3 especially abul

I liked it but the hours your their too long. Abul is the best tutor except that he likes PC even though PS4 is the best i'm not even kidding

While I have been at fun tech I have learnt a lot and it has really opened my eyes to how amzing code is and how much there is in the world today. All the technology that I use in every day life. To be honest when I first came here I thought it would be realllllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyy rubbbbbish but it was not. It was actually fun (even though I am slow at typing and it took me a very long time to do some of the coding).

i really enjoyed this camp and i hope i can do more. I liked that they explained everything and if we needed help then he would help us but also explain what he was doing to help us. I liked that at break that there is a choice of things to do so we are never bored!!! It was one of the best weeks...

Ashvanth Naidu's Funtech 3D Printing Course Review

Despite this camp seeming a little bit like school, I enjoyed the experience and had a lot of fun! The staff were very friendly compared to other summer camp staff. I would recommend this course for 10-15 year olds as some of the tasks and challenges were slightly complex.

Best camp for learning

I was struggling on my java lately... But thanks to this course I can now be better then ever! I can now do java like over people and our tutor is really good at teaching!

I was really interested in coding and wanted to learn java and this course taught me really well. And now know java. My tutor was really good at teaching and helped.

Difficult but very interesting

A long and enjoyable camp. It was very hard to understand, but once you get the hang of it, it really helps you. I really learnt a lot and it was very fun. Abdul was very good at teaching us and i feel a lot better with code now

I really enjoyed it for a start, I had a lot of fun on mine craft. I was a bit upset that they didn't have all the creatures available. I learnt how to make mods using M Creator and my favourite thin was making Pokemon.

Funtech is terrific!

Diamond Dimension

I really liked it. My favourite part of mine craft mod was making dimensions, my first one was a diamond dimension with TNT in it. If you are on survival you would have to mine a lot but once you get there you can explode it and get more diamonds.

I think the teachers are rally good and I've created a ruby dimension, an ether dimension and a beginning dimension along with two more. a vampire and a super boss.

I really enjoyed doing this because we got to play mine craft and I learnt how to make mods. The monkey was my favourite because it was so derpy.
