The best of both worlds

My son loves Funtech courses. It keeps me happy because I know he’s having a positive educational experience and for my son he enjoys making new friends, learning and building on the computers and running and climbing about at play time. It’s the perfect mix!

Engaging and creative

3D Game Design Review

This course was enjoyable as I learnt how to use multiple features in Unreal so that I was able to create my own game. I was taught in a clear way and I was helped if I needed it. The features that I learnt were useful and had numerous uses in creating a game.

This week has been a great experience with Funtech using the Unreal engine. The course is structured well as they let you explore it by yourself but they offer lots of help throughout. The camp was great.

At first, I thought it would be very hard but over time, I learned that coding can be fun and there are many things that you can do with it. The teacher is very nice and it is easy to follow along with the whole class. It also helped my social skills as I got to learn from other students.

funtech was a really fun way of learning coding and there is a huge variety of classes you can take. All the teachers are really helpful and know what to do to help you when you need it. My funtech experience was highly enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my virtual camp. The content was detailed and engaging with fun extensions and projects that challenged you to think deeply and apply your knowledge. Although the course was online it did not stop the classroom environment or me and my class mates participation. Our tutor was really friendly and had a solution to all our python errors, he made sure we all had a good understanding of each unit before we moved on. Overall I loved it and would highly recommend it to any students interested in python.

Overall, this camp has been a great experience and I've had lots of fun. Harry's been a great tutor and has helped me and everyone else in the class massively with our coding. Towards the start of the week, the teaching was a bit more bumpy, when compared to how smooth it is now. This is most likely because we had just met each other, and he didn't know which areas we personally needed most work on. Now, at the end of the week, each day is a much better experience because he knows how to most efficiently get the group to work, meanwhile making sure the lessons are engaging and enjoyable. In this course I learnt much more than I thought I was going to. Most people in the class were quite young so I was surprised that the teachers were able to teach such young students a topic this complex, very well.

I can now confidently say that I can program simple games and programs using Python and the PyCharm IDE.
If I knew someone that would like to learn Python, I would definitely recommend this course to them.

I`m also looking forward to the OOP Python course that I signed up for, next week.

I created a waterslide and there is a waterslide that you can go in loops and loops - there are houses to rent, a hotel, changing rooms, floaties and even swimming suits to change in!!!

It's a pretty great course. It teaches you how to hack different Linux servers and websites through vulnerabilities, social exploitation, password hashing through different checksums, remote connections between two computers, how to mount folders onto servers so you can access data, using programs l

It's a pretty great course. It teaches you how to hack different Linux servers and websites through vulnerabilities, social exploitation, password hashing through different checksums, remote connections between two computers, how to mount folders onto servers so you can access data, using programs like hydra, BeEF, OWASP ZAP, metasploit, nmap, enum4linux, john the ripper, samba and hashcat. The course also has a detailed reference guide which is useful if you forget a specific command. This course also teaches you how to fully work around the Linux command line and make everything from folders to .PHP files. This is a very large, comprehensive, educational and engaging course that I'd definitely recommend to anyone interested in Linux, computer coding and hacking. Thank you David, the best and coolest Funtech teacher anyone could ever ask for.
