REALLY FUN!!!

Fun Tech is really fun and cool. I really enjoyed doing this week, the ''teachers'' are really nice and this week wasn't stressful. I would really want to come back and do other courses.

i really enjoy this course. I have also learn a lot about what 3D Modeling & animation is. Jaime T and Theo where really helpful when you got stuck.

I enjoyed modelling as I could create what ever I wanted. After we had modeled we could then animate the characters, or models that we had made so they could come to life and use later to import into other software!! how h4x0r Jamie T was awesome. l00l oh and there was Theo

Fun Week

It was really fun, the teachers helped and were supportive, the lesson length was too long and became rather dull and tedious in the last half an hour. Great camp, really fun!

My week doing FunTyper.......

My week with FunTyper intensive was very nice and really a privilege.My favourite games were Tech Invaders, Bird game and Keyzap.Quite the best class to go to to help improve your typing skills............

3d game design x

This course was very enjoyable and I learn a lot about how to make my own first person shooter. I hope I can come back to FunTech. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes first person shooters games.

FunTech Intensive

funtech intensive is so fun. funtech has made a huge improvement for my touch typing.I've enjoyed it so much.

the best fun tech experience ever

I did fun typing with a wonderfully nice teacher, called van (short for Vandana) she was kind and
whenever I needed help with typing she would "come to my typing rescue !!!!!" I recommend it to
everyone reading this review. thank you for reading my review and I hope YOU join fun tech!!!!

Fun typer intensive

This course was very fun because we would always have a challenge to do and there were many competitions that we all had a chance to win whether it was a team challenge or a single one.Now I type much quicker than I did before.

3D GAME DESIGN IS AWESOME

This is the first camp I have been to at fun-tech and I really want to come back again and I think this is the best camp I have ever been to it is so fun and i really liked

this is the most epic place to go in the summer you get to take home a fun game that you made and play it on your pc all day the price is worth it you find new friends to in the camp as a bonus

I have really enjoyed my week at FunTech! I was in a course with only three other people but it was one of the best things that I had done. I have made many levels in my game and have perfected my techniques in building the game! My levels have impressed me and I have enjoyed everyone else testing them and saying how good they were. At our breaks we got together with the other group and played different games. I would definitely recommend it to other people even if they don't play very many first person shooter games. Our tutor, Lloyd, was very encouraging and helped us allot when we needed it. he has helped to keep the week really fun and enjoyable

Making 3d games was so cool you got to create, code and script your own games. Its like picking a game off the Internet that you made. The best I think was actually testing your games because you feel really proud of yourself. And the class got to test our games as well. I loved it!

funtyper is a fun but challenging way to learn to type there are about 24 games which is quite a wide range of games from my point of view. It becomes harder each time as you earn one or two more keys after you complete a game. WPM stands for words per minute each time you complete a game you have to beat eat at least by one. The tutors at funtech are supportive helpful and fun the timetable for the day is as followed first you do your activity then a break then more of your activity then you go down to the staple centre and have lunch and either have bowling or laser quest more of your activity another break more of your activity and then finish. Funtyper is the best way to learn to type and funtech is the best way to spend your week or day.

I had a really fun time at Fun Tech, I learnt loads about the potential of blender, animation and modelling and I made a few cool animations.

its fun that you can do what you want to model and Adam is a good teacher. It would be better is you could listen to music is you bring you own headphones . :)

A great week I would have again!

I really enjoyed learning blender and finding out more about the software because I didn't really know how to use it. If I had the chance to come again I would without a doubt! It was a really good experience I think everyone should have.

I took the residential summer course, and it's actually pretty awesome. I wasn't expecting too much when I came here, but the people here are great, and the course is quite fun too.

The staff is quite friendly, and not overbearing, and they're good at dealing with any trouble that comes up (usually an argument over a LAN world). Lee and Adam are especially awesome.

The classmates are quite nice too. You get people from several places - I came furthest to get to this course, but I met a couple kids who speak catalan, and another could speak Spanish too - although he and I are more used to english, so we talk in english. I made a couple friends, too - Oliver and Xavier. They're pretty cool - I sent 'em friend requests on Steam.

The accomodations are alright - single-bed rooms for each person, plenty of space, a wardrobe and desk plus office chair. The beds could've been comfier (I didn't sleep too well, to be honest), but it's not a disaster. The showers are alright.
The food provided is pretty good - we used the school diner, and they make great food. The spicy food is just spicy enough, and the bacon and eggs are tasty.

The course itself is fun and educational - a combination that is often hard to get right. Seriously, congrats to the FunTech team for that. We learnt everything from basic machines through logic gates to the new stuff in the latest Snapshot version of Minecraft, and also got to do some fun stuff.
You're occasionally allowed to take a break and watch a video on YouTube - just as long as you keep doing the course-work. We even got to do a games tournament and Minecraft PvP games - The Walls, some Spleef and also Hunger Games.

Seriously, this is a great course. Just book it already.

I enjoyed the week on the Java Coder course. The courses were great and we even got a USB to take our work home. There was even a barbecue and an indoor picnic! I'd really like to come again.

residential camp review

I have just spent a week at FunTech residential camp and I really enjoyed it. The activities were really awesome! We played Gladiator where you stand on a wobbly platform and knock people off with a padded pole. It was awesome!!!
