Flexible, Well organised, understanding of kids' differences and best of all fun

My son thoroughly enjoyed the Fun Typer course which was so child-friendly - geared up in a totally gamified way with levels and rewards. He went for it! Unusually he completed Fun Typer in 1 1/2 days. Although not the norm, Fun Tech were unfazed and really understanding of him and accommodated us in a different course of his choosing - Coding for Python for the rest of the week. This was good as I got to know two coffee shops in two locations . He was supported to catch up - the classes are small and teachers top notch. My son's teacher had a Masters in Computer Science and was a really cool guy! I went in for the Show and Tell of their projects at the end of the week and was really impressed. They did lots of games outside in their screen breaks and made friends over the week. Well done FunTech. You are hands down the best!

Great value

My son enjoyed his course this week. Great value to have only one other class mate. This should have set my son up now to take his Python coding further if he wants to. Thank you.

Funtech course p1 and p2

It was a really great expierience and I understood everything I had learn't and was confident in its application. I was able to learn a lot through this camp which helped me to take my step in coding.

Great Course

I learnt a lot from this one week course, the material was good and easy to understand. My tutor was great at explaining stuff and helped me extremely well.

This was my first course from funtech but I really enjoyed it. I learned many python syntaxes, corrected my past mistakes and new coding skills.

What is on the course was very good, any questions were answered so I fully understood what I was doing, my tutor was very friendly and would help me when I was stuck but in a way that I also figure out how to do what I want with the code.

for all the Minecraft and coding enjoyers. this is the place for you. i am speaking from experience here, and I have done 2 fun tech courses. I would happily do 2 more if i could make the amount of friends again.

overall. fun tech is the go-to place for all tech enjoyers. i hope you have an amazing time like i did!

FunTech Review

I had really enjoyed this camp because I had learned lots of things even though I had done a little bit of Python before. I understand more about Python and coding now and have socialised with other students and teachers.

The camp was very fun, I learned a lot of python in a short period of time, Anthony and Jan were both very helpful, explaining things if someone didn't understand.

The whole week was amazing especially the last day when i managed to code noughts and crosses on python.

Brilliant camp and I learnt a lot from it

We learnt about lots of things, first learning how to print things and even going onto making a game! My understanding of python has increased and I cannot wait to continue this further in the part 2 course.

Exceeded all expectations

My child had absolutely fabulous experience, club is very well run and teacher was fantastic, strongly recommend.

Excellent course

The course was well-run, fun and informative. He made lots of new friends and enjoyed every minute of the long days! Worth every penny! We will be back next year for the third time!

The coding was fun. The activities were challenging, but I was given support when I needed it. This also helped me with my computing GCSE, because I learned new things and revised older things.

Python Programming FunTech - Aksharra

I really liked FunTech's approach to beginner coding in Python. With the support from the staff and the detailed videos I comprehended this programming language extremely fast.

Fun and appropriately challenging.

I had a lot of fun during the course and learnt a lot. I liked the fact that there were harder extensions after the main learning.

I found these sessions fun because of the lovely layout of the course, with engaging questions and activities to back up the fun and useful concepts we learned!

Competent

It was nice. I found it rather difficult, but I think that was just Python being Python, though it got easier towards the end. I think my coding skills significantly improved.

I liked it

This was was educational and fun and I am glad I went this week. I have learnt a lot of things about python and I think it will be very use full in the near future.

Great for beginners

Before this camp I barely knew how to write one line of code. Now I can make many things such as calculators, games, and other useful tools using python. Would recommend.
