Python Game Developer review

This course was both fun and informetive - I've learnt lots of new things you an do with python that I didn't know before. Making the game was really fun and the videos and tutorials made it easy to understand.

The course was really fun! We got to learn how to make games and got an insight to game-making. We made a spaceship shooter game which is very fun. We learned lots of new techniques in python that may help us in our future. Altogether it was a very fun course

It was quite a fun camp and was organised very well, I liked this one more than the python beginner course. And the Tutor (Matthew or Matt ) was very helpful and I think he explained things quite well.

Python Coder Virtual Course

I had an amazing time. The tutor was very helpful and ensured we understood everything. The lesson was at a perfect pace. I learned so much!

it was a really good course as we got to create a cool game and you could easily ask questions and it was really helpful with the screen sharing so that if you had an error then the tutor could see what was on your own computer and help fix the problem

Funtech camp

I found this camp really fun and challenging. In the short amount of time we have learned many new things and designed a good game. I found the game development really challenging and i understood most of it. I never felt like I was just copying a bit of code.

A Vey Fun Capm

This was a very fun camp. We learnt a lot about Python; how to make loops, use user inputs and make a fun space game. I learnt a lot from it and it was very educational.

A difficult helpful course

This pygame course was difficult but taught me a lot of meanings and left me with pages of code i can reference back on. It was an interesting and helpful course in general but felt a bit slow at some points.

Amzing

was a super fun experience of python. doing, it was sometimes challenging to keep you busy and i have learned alot. The host was friendly and always ready to help as well as this, the lessons were. well organised. Overall, i had a lot of fun.

Fun and Educational, but a bit too long.

The course was generally fun and engaging. The tutor was very nice and helpful and explained things in a simple way and was always happy to help. However, I felt that the lesson went on a bit too long, and in my opinion I think a slightly shorter lesson would be better.

Fun and good result

Very good. I learnt lots and my game result was really good and it was fun. The tutor was very good, but he didn't offer extra lessons which other tutors have.

FunTech was really fun and enjoyable. You learn alot of new things (like I did) and get to create a really cool game only using python code! Some bits were really fun , like when we got to create our own sprite and when we play the game. I suggest you try it out because you would have a great time!

Excellent virtual course

My 14year old son had a good basic grasp of Python, but really found himself accelerating on this game development course, and it has really further ignited his interest in programming. He found the instructor very helpful and enjoyed the whole 2 weeks.

I wanted to give it a 3.5- There was not an option. The first day was filled with recapitalisation that I found extremely useful and easy to follow. I wanted to give it a 3.5- There was not an option. The first day was filled with recapitalisation that I found extremely useful and easy to follow. Over the next days we zoomed through making a basic game, we were ahead of the schedule-however I wished we went a tad slower as I would of liked some of the individual lines explained. Either way I was still after which I am grateful for. In the second week we made our games unique, we were supported by the teacher and had plenty of fun! Overall the one thing that I assume would happen in normal circumstances -that did not happen- was seeing each other... if some of the other students had cameras on , and if we played each others games, I believe it would be even better! Thank you !!!

I already did the other python course last summer and I enjoyed that, this was a good follow up and we didn't stay to long on the basics. I learnt a lot and it was good that at the end we where allowed to build on the game ourselves and make it unique

it was a fun way of learning python and game creation. the pacing can be fast but that is kinda because they need something presentable within 2 weeks so i don't mind

Great Course!

I enjoyed learning how to make games using python and pygame. I especially liked learning how to use functions and classes to make our lives easier, saving us time, code and memory.

Fun and exciting

It is fun and exciting learning how to code a game that fully works. At the end we added our own extensions which made our games different. It was fun and David was an excellent teacher who was helpful whenever we needed help.

Fun, and enjoyable

This two-week course, was really fun and enjoyable as we learnt many new ways to code and implemented them with a collaborative game, as well as this we had the option to be independent, and use what we learnt to make extensions. This was definitely my favourite part.

Very fun, quite challangeing

the past to weeks have been very fun and i strongly suggest you try it. It's so fun to learn to code, but sometimes i found it a bit hard to keep up.

Fun two weeks

The course was fun and it was nice to be able to put graphics with code to make more games.
