Funtech is the Best

The Tutors, Jake and Dev were great. They were really helpful with teaching me how to use FPS Creator. And they showed us how to script so we can really personalise our games so that we can create exactly what we want.

The course was a lot of fun and I would review it to anyone wanting to learn how tom make there own game. The program used wasn't the best as it kept crashing and its doesn't provide the user with many graphical options

Minecraft Mods

The course has been great and I have learn't and developed my Java to a complete level. Our tutor Toby was great and really enthusiastic.

ARTHUR WAS AMAZING. AND CHESTER WAS ALSO AMAZING. I enjoyed the day camp a lot and I have also learnt a lot. Chester and Arthur were great as teachers and it has been a wonderful experience.

It was very fun and very educational. I learnt a lot more about redstone and I have learnt about how computers work and binary form. The teachers were very kind to us and overall it was a great experience.

Great Camp!

The Minecraft redstone camp was very fun and educational. The course is excellent and the teachers are very nice. The things you can learn seems hard but in reality it is exceedingly fun.

I loved the camp and would love to come next year as well. I learned a lot in this camp. We had activities every day which were always very fun. The first activity was my favourite which I and my friends called the "sweeper". All the other activities were great. I loved the teachers which were kind and caring. One day we actually had a barbecue on it we also had ice cream :D !!! The rooms were solo rooms (you are alone in the room). They even had sinks. The computers that we were developing on were very good, the bad thing about the computers was that they didn't have mice so I recommend that anyone who is going on the java course brings they're own mouse. If you're going on the Minecraft course don't worry they have mice.

Java coder was very hard but there were two very funny tutors who were there for you when you were stuck.I thought we would be making a game with graphics so when i found out we were making a card game on Java it was a bit of a let dawn

In my utmost opinion, it was very good, also the teachers were very good at helping me, especially nick and patricia. In addition, the residential camps were excellent and the lunch time and afternoon activities were excellent. However it could be slightly more fast paced

JUST HAD A AWESOME WEEK!

This year I tried the Java Coder course. At the start of this course I found it quite challenging but felt like I had progressed a lot through the week. the food was lovely and the tutors was really kind. Thank you FunTech!

This course was REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD the only thing that let it down was the food but over than that this course is super good the beds are comfortable if you are considering this course

The Java Coder course is very fun with all the coding and flowcharts and all things to coding.
I really liked making a RPG game which would say like:
player 1 took 50 damage player 1 has 50 heath left.
As this is my first time coding (excluding Scratch and Raspberry Pi 2.0) it was a bit confusing so I got a bit upset but after awhile it got a bit easier.
I would recommend this to children that are into how games work and interested with code.

Good because you are not just coding, but doing activities as well.

Never had a week of summer as good as this

Funtech Java coder was so much fun, I've learnt loads this week and I enjoyed it all, if you're interested in computers in the slightest, you have to go, it's very interesting and there are many courses to choose from and a far as I know, I'll go every year.

It is an extremely good course, that should continue for years and years. It was really fun and I enjoyed it very much. The teachers are good and they make it fun so it does not feel like you are in a school.

I really liked the Minecraft mods course because I like Minecraft and programming. When you actually create the mod, it feels AMAZING! The teacher was really nice and helpful.
At one point I did not want to go to break because I wanted to keep on modding.

I liked when we programmed the robots to do different things. There is no funtech in surrey, so I have to wake up early to get here. The maze way fun!
