The camp was more fun than I anticipated; I thought it would be so boring. I felt like I was doing better from the first few days. Some of the games are quite hard and I had to skip a few. I liked the counters we were given to earn prizes. The breaks and lunches were at good times in the day and the week went by very fast. The software was great and I would use it at home.

A Very Good Camp

The camp was really good and I really enjoyed all the five days that I spent there.
It was fun coding and the teachers were, sometimes, helpful.
I would recommend the camp to other people.

luis was very helpful and at the end at and so was lukasz and they also had a really good sense of humour. i sometimes really got stressed but i managed to get my head. my game was very. i would happily try to do one again. i still am a little confused at it but in my spare time i will carry on.

I really like FunTech. I love the staff they are really friendly! I have learnt how to touch type here and really enjoyed the lessons, but sometimes was a bit distracting because there was a lot of noise. The games are really enjoyable and active. I never got bored! In the morning and afternoon there was lots of activities to do, such as table tennis, chess, table football. Then in the evening we did activities e.g. scuba diving, trampolining, a film and games. At night I felt really at home and it was really comfortable we had our own room or a choice for two. I have had an amazing time and really recommend the course, you lean so much and have a lot of fun. Abul and Suraj are great tutors and really fun they help you so much and keep you on task, they show you how to do stuff. This camp is amazing and I would really love to come again and maybe to the same course or try another one, there lots of other activities to do.
Thank you so much to all the FunTech staff for an amazing week!!

Funtech was a nice camp to go to and the instructors were were kind and helpful. Before I came here Java would make as much sense to me as mandarin but within the first day I already fully understood some of the basics of java. As the week progressed I learnt more and more and I was enjoying it as well. My only issue was when it rained and we had to stay inside at lunch and it was pretty boring so maybe some activities for times like these would be better. Other than that It was great, fun and I made new friends.

A useful skill for life

Touchtyping will make you type faster so it's worth it. My WPM went to 50 at one point! And with tutors such as Suraj and Abul, you will be breezing through all the very fun games all while increasing your typing skill.

Minecraft with Mods

Really really fun, I enjoyed it a lot. Now I know how to play minecraft on the PC so can play it in the future!

i wont lie when my mum told me i was doing a computing java course i wasn't exactly ecstatic but java has proved me wrong, yes its hard yes you actually have to use your brain but it is so relevant for so many things. its hard because its like learning another language but once you learn the basics you are basically all set. it is so interesting and really fun making games out of a few codes. i enjoyed this course and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about doing computing GCSE.

It was really fun, and i have improved my touch typing skills. the tutors were really fun and friendly.

Go to Funtech to do stuff...

-The tutors Suraj and Abul were very welcoming and funny but i do think that the ban on music should be lifted.
-The mafia games were a good break from the touchtyping

Complex But Fun

So I found the camp really nice. On the first day I thought I wouldn't be able to do anything at all. On the fourth day, I realised that all I had to do was listen carefully and I could enter Python's world. Thank you Python and Bilal Ahmad.

Thanks for a great time at FunTech I loved all the tutors, they were amazing especially Abul. I had so much fun getting faster using Funtyper it really helped me improve my typing skills.

Review of Funtech

It was quite fun and interesting. I can use it at home so its quite useful. We received skills that could start a career so I would be more than happy to do a course with Funtech again next year, just hopefully closer to my house.

I just finished my python course and i have to say i have never had a better summer camp than the ones i have had at funtech i have done i have done 4 courses and i have enjoyed every single one i definitely want to come back although they are expensive they are definitely worth the money and all of my tutors have been very helpful and encouraging and everything we do during the week we get it on a USB stick to take home and then we can use what we have done at funtech at home and then we can add new things, will definitely come again!!!!!
