I had an amazing week and every second was fun and interesting but break time was quite boring but it didn't matter too much! It was fun and I am really surprised because before FunTech, I hated coding but now, I don't mind it now!

Jacob was one of my tutor ,I asked most of my questions to him and most of the time I clearly understood exactly what he meant , he figured i might be a better than average phython coder so gave me challenges .I really enjoyed the camp because it was fun coding with my peers.

It was a fun camp and I really liked coding python, at first it was hard but as I learnt more it became easier and we learn new things every day and after the first day I could make fun games! I learnt a lot about python and coding will do more in the future

Started boring, but but got sooo cool.

I started in the Course "Minecraft Game Devolopers", but I switched to Phyton, becouse "Minecraft Game Developers" unfortinatly only used Minecraft Commands. But the Phyton was really great! And they event started a new Course for Advanced Coders. But the food was sometimes a bit bad.

Python Coding is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I first started I never know how to even write something and now I know so much!!!!!
It's really good. I would recommend it to everyone as even if you can't code you will know how to at the end!!!!!

The teachers were very friendly. Me and another boy were more advanced in Python. Teachers made the effort to start a new course which was on the right level for us.

Occasionally we have a group where the course content is not sufficient to stretch the more able students. If this happens then we determine the level of knowledge and if within our remit our development highly skilled curriculum team will create content better suited for them which our tutors then deliver. As bias as this may sound, I would say FunTech tutors are simply as they are committed to each child's learning, otherwise these situations would not be picked up and reported to head office.

it was really fun cuz LUIS( why is his name in capitals)and Jess are really nice
luis didnt give us cookies so we have called him cookie monster or moustache but we still like him

I have enjoyed my experience at fun tech 2018. We journeyed the wonders of linear programming with our two amazing tutors, Kevin and Kieran. Before I came to FunTech, I didn't know anything about linear programming. Now I know alot about linear programming and feel a lot more confident about it. My 5 days at FunTech have changed the way I see computer. Now i know how to code and not just how to play games on a pc.

I had a great time and learn't loads of new things but sometimes the coding was frustrating because I didn't know the code but then they explained the answer.

I started learning python at school in year 8. I always found it very hard to understand and I never fully knew why is was told to type certain things. I started learning python at school in year 8. I always found it very hard to understand and I never fully knew why is was told to type certain things. Simple things like 'print' and 'if' statements were beyond me. When I started this course, the basics were explained very quickly and very well. I think that by applying fun things like games to the python code made everything easier to comprehend. I recently went over all my class work and I now can confidently say that I understand why it was written that way and what it does. The teaching method was very efficient, clear and simple. The tutors were funny, relaxed and cheerful. They were not only able to explain the code but talk about other topics like this game were you eat smaller circles to get bigger. I don't remember what it was called. Abul and Jonathan were my groups tutors, they were both very funny and showed me how to fix the broken bits of code in my Adventure story. Simple things like deleting things from lists and removing or adding indents and telling me why I needed to do those things was very helpful.

Overall I think this course was really helpful and taught me a lot!

This was very fun. I came here not knowing anything about python in just 2 days I have been able to create a complex text adventure riddle on my own ! I have made amazing friends the the break and screen times are absolutely perfect. The way that we are taught ensures that everybody is up to speed and that we understand everything! Our teachers Jonathan and Abul have been really amazing and helpful as they have guided us through this course. They always help us if we don't understand anything or we need help for clarification. I have really enjoyed myself this week and I am most definitely going to come next year. .

As, it can be very basic at the beginning of the course, but it evolves quickly into more elaborate programs. my tutor was really good. He made us do extra stuff and gave us extension tasks if we had finished.

I have learnt lots of coding, and while learning, it was really fun, and interesting. I found the tutors extremely nice, and always smiling :) I would recommend this to anyone! I will really want to come back again next year!
