Minecraft Redstone Summer Camp

I really enjoyed learning about redstone. My favourite part was learning how to use redstone repeaters and command blocks. Overall I would recommend it and I would really like to go again

This week has been an incredibly enjoyable experience so far. I have never used logic gates before and it has been fun learning about them.

I learnt so much about minecraft redstone, but at the same time had lots of fun. Every one, especially the tutors, were very friendly and i made tons of friends. Thank you Fun-Tech!!!!

Most Fun I've Ever Had

I liked the games we played inside as it was raining. I like running around outside playing with footballs and tennis balls when it was dry outside. I liked nick and joe a little bit, they were good teachers and nick was funny.

Really Fun week

My summer camp was great at funtech.I did the minecraft redstone course.I made a new friend called Jonny Toby and Sean tought us the minecraft redstone they were very nice.The food was DELICIOUS.Every time after lunch we had an activity.

I really enjoyed my week at redstone it was really fun. My favourite part was the LAN world that everyone went on and did the PvP arena. Our teachers Toby and Sean were really funny and I learned a bunch more about redstone.

my summer camp was awesome. Toby and Sean were so nice. I learnt lots of new things . I know how to make various redstone logic gates,clocks and a full adder! whats more there are lots of activities at lunch time. they set up a minecraft LAN world . i know how to add binary

Funtyper is extra-ordinary because if you want to learn how to type faster or touch type because the games teach you how to progress with your speed and understanding of the keyboard. By the end of the week you will be a confident typer however if you do not practice at home after the course you ...

Funtyper is extra-ordinary because if you want to learn how to type faster or touch type because the games teach you how to progress with your speed and understanding of the keyboard. By the end of the week you will be a confident typer however if you do not practice at home after the course you would not have fully accomplished typing to the best of your ability. Overall it is an amazing and fun place to learn to type through small computer games. A place for most ages(in my opinion) 7-16. I fully enjoyed Funtyper and believe any child will.

when you are stuck on a level you can get annoyed, so to calm the situation funtech stress balls could be provide. But overall it was a great experience.

It was a fun week at Fun Tech I got along with people I had fun playing the games and I wanted to complete each level. When I heard I was coming here I thought this was going to be boring and I would not have fun but I have had a great time here the staff always have a smile on there faces and the other kids here would not harm a fly. It was a great experience here and I would recommend this to family and friends.

This is amazing!!!

Game Pro was really fun, if just a little disorientating. Mike was a good teacher, as he waited for us to catch up before moving on, and we managed to get really far ahead of where we were supposed to be.

Having been to many Funtech summer camps I can honestly say that this is the best one.
The tutor (Mike) was extremely helpful and we completed everything well ahead of schedule which meant there was extra time to spend on the games we made and just having some fun.
The course was highly enjoyable, well structured and most importantly very enjoyable. Using the Oculus Rift for the first time was mind-blowing.
Well done Funtech.

This camp always kept me entertained at all times especially during robot wars. My teacher was very nice and friendly and very helpful. It was very fun and I would recommend it to anyone.

Best fun ever

This is the best Holiday camp ever! it is totally worth it! at the start of the week you build a lego NXT! Then you program it to navigate through mazes do races and even have robot wars! the tutor Ollie helps you to make your robot better when you are stuck. It was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved every minute of the camp and the tutors were amazing.

It was a decent way to spend a week.

Drone coding

The drone coder course is really interesting due to it's heavy involvement with client and server side coding. Getting to fly the drones is really exciting and using your own controller is really satisfying.

I first saw this on the website and I thought that was an immediate sign up. As a regular FunTech student who had an interest in drones I thought this was a real course that I would benefit from. And I did. With some of the drones having minor issues, the different aspects of the course were really interesting as we learnt how a drone flies, and how JavaScript worked at the same time. I would go again if I could, a 10/10 for me!

fun week

This week was really good. I enjoyed all the challenges I learnt a lot of things about fun typer. I liked bubble burst the most. Joe helped me with how to sit properly and how to put my hands on the keyboard and he gave me counters when I did it right.

Amazing Week!

When I was able to go outside as it was raining most of the days we were allowed to throw balls towards Joe and Nick and we also played football.

Very enjoyable week!

My son had lot of fun at this camp and learned how to use FPS Creator and make 'awesome' games using it!!
His tutor Kwaku was helpful and kind and the venue was in a nice setting....thanks so much FUNTECH !

3D Game @StAlbans

Georgia really enjoyed her work building a game. She loved the interaction with her tutor and other kids. She would definitely return for another course probably animation or 3D modelling.

Redstone summer camp

my son absolutely loved it. The content was quite challenging for him but his coach was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress. Overall I am very happy and looking forward to his next summer camps with FunTECH

Best summer camp ever!

My 10 year-old son thoroughly enjoyed his week on this course. He was happy and excited to come here every single day and can't wait to attend another one next summer!

Jonathan really enjoyed his week. He has been talking about circuits and levers and switches and seems to have learned alot. I think this has certainly given him a greater interest in a deeper level and he would love to do another course.
