I participated in the touch typing course. When my mum booked it I really didn't want to go but it actually wasn't that bad. They use a great program that makes learning touch typing enjoyable. At the end of the week we should also have a pizza party at the end of the week because pizza is very tasty and everyone loves pizza. Our teacher Jacob was also very nice. Recommend this course as it is very effective.

It is amazing how quick you learn how to type well in just 5 days. It is fun and interesting. Some games are hard for beginners.

Brilliant fun, better than expected

At first, I was not too excited for the course, but on the first day I was enlightened on the fact that this course would be fun and valuable to many aspects of my life including concentration, touchtyping and more. Would definitely recommend to others looking for help in this area.

amazing expeariance i dint like mobile game design as much as some of the other courses i loved lego robotics and 3D game design
but i found mobile game design a bit hard because i had to ask Hugo 1 billion times to come over to my desk but over all the camp was good (:

A Very Good Camp

The camp was really good and I really enjoyed all the five days that I spent there.
It was fun coding and the teachers were, sometimes, helpful.
I would recommend the camp to other people.

luis was very helpful and at the end at and so was lukasz and they also had a really good sense of humour. i sometimes really got stressed but i managed to get my head. my game was very. i would happily try to do one again. i still am a little confused at it but in my spare time i will carry on.

I really like FunTech. I love the staff they are really friendly! I have learnt how to touch type here and really enjoyed the lessons, but sometimes was a bit distracting because there was a lot of noise. The games are really enjoyable and active. I never got bored! In the morning and afternoon there was lots of activities to do, such as table tennis, chess, table football. Then in the evening we did activities e.g. scuba diving, trampolining, a film and games. At night I felt really at home and it was really comfortable we had our own room or a choice for two. I have had an amazing time and really recommend the course, you lean so much and have a lot of fun. Abul and Suraj are great tutors and really fun they help you so much and keep you on task, they show you how to do stuff. This camp is amazing and I would really love to come again and maybe to the same course or try another one, there lots of other activities to do.
Thank you so much to all the FunTech staff for an amazing week!!

Funtech was a nice camp to go to and the instructors were were kind and helpful. Before I came here Java would make as much sense to me as mandarin but within the first day I already fully understood some of the basics of java. As the week progressed I learnt more and more and I was enjoying it as well. My only issue was when it rained and we had to stay inside at lunch and it was pretty boring so maybe some activities for times like these would be better. Other than that It was great, fun and I made new friends.

A useful skill for life

Touchtyping will make you type faster so it's worth it. My WPM went to 50 at one point! And with tutors such as Suraj and Abul, you will be breezing through all the very fun games all while increasing your typing skill.

Minecraft with Mods

Really really fun, I enjoyed it a lot. Now I know how to play minecraft on the PC so can play it in the future!
