Amazing Coding Camp!

I really loved this camp. It was super interesting learning about unreal engine. It was super fun making my game and figuring out how to fix a problem!
I would love to do more camps with 3D Game designing or video game development in general!

I went into this course wanting to create a first person horror game set in an underwater facility for my friend. I thought it was too ambitious at first, but after the first few days of the course, I was making major progress on it! We did encounter a few errors with the makeshift 'activator sound zones' that I made, but it was nothing that the Funtech team couldn't fix! My tutor was very friendly and I really enjoyed my time here. 5 stars!

Amazing, information packed coarse

It gave me most of the of what i need to code with python. Making the game 'Fizz and Buzz'
it was really fun doing this and I will probable sign up for another coarse

I liked it a lot and it was helpful.

I have never used python before but I an already able to make small games that are fun to make, this shows that the course was very helpful as I have learnt so much in such little time. I have also enjoyed it and may decide to continue with learning python.

Unreal Engine 3D Game Design

It was Very good and I feel that I learned a lot. Though there were a few technical issues here and there, they didn't negatively affect the course. I would do it again! :D

This was really fun, people made mushrooms everywhere and it was brilliant for my brain and I received knowledge about Unreal.

Review on "3D Game Design - Developer" course.

This was an interesting course which took us through the basics of 3D Design. I learnt a lot of new things, namely how to develop and design a game including a racing game and a platformer. The teacher was nice and supportive and overall this was an enjoyable experience.

Great tutor.

My tutor (Jibran) was very patient and very relaxed. He always asked if everyone understood the videos after they were done which I appreciated. In conclusion I think Jibran was an extremely good tutor.

With most camps, you have to drive to a school, or drive 30 minutes to get to the camps. However, FunTech is different, as you don't have to dress up and get into the car to spend 20 minutes freezing your head off in the car. FunTech, all you need to do is get up, (if you really want to, keep you...

With most camps, you have to drive to a school, or drive 30 minutes to get to the camps. However, FunTech is different, as you don't have to dress up and get into the car to spend 20 minutes freezing your head off in the car. FunTech, all you need to do is get up, (if you really want to, keep your PJ's on), eat some Breakfast and get stuck into a week of fun! I'm not joking, FunTech never got boring, with Tutors that are nice and friendly, and I get to sleep in to like half eight and get up, eat some breakfast, and log on. Seriously, there won't be a single moment where you miss your phone, switch, PC, tablet, I don't know. Besides, it's always nice to do some 'constructive' stuff in the morning/afternoon and then play in the morning/afternoon. Just a recommendation, you might want to get some blue-light glasses and actually take the 15 minute breaks FunTech allows for. After all, we are sitting looking at screens for the morning, so I'd recommend taking the breaks and resting your eyes regularly... but all in all, FunTech is definitely worth your money, time, and focus for.

Summer Camps 2024

I enrolled my son into 2 summer 2024 camps - Python Coder L1 and Hackathon.
He loved them both and had a great time.
He said the teachers were very knowledgeable and lessons were planned well.
He will definitely be back to try more.

I'm really pleased with my son's time at the Cyber Security Hackathon camp. Based on the description, I was hoping he'd get a chance to experience some "close to the metal" system administration, and get to know how to use tools like the command line and lower level protocols like http, ftp, etc....

I'm really pleased with my son's time at the Cyber Security Hackathon camp. Based on the description, I was hoping he'd get a chance to experience some "close to the metal" system administration, and get to know how to use tools like the command line and lower level protocols like http, ftp, etc. It sounds like that's exactly what he got. The camp counsellor/teacher was herself an experienced programmer. It sounds she did an excellent job building a rapport with him and getting him to engage with the material.

My son, Stefan, really enjoyed the AI and machine learning virtual camp course. He found the lessons both interesting and useful.
The teacher was patient and made sure that everyone understood the material, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Fantastic virtual summer camp

My son did the Minecraft game coder Part 1 virtual camp over the summer and absolutely loved it. The teacher was very friendly, fun and supportive, and there was a great atmosphere and interaction between the students. I would definitely recommend this camp and we look forward to the Part 2.

Excellent and fitting

Although my son is not a native English speaker, he was able to follow the lessons very well.
The option of a two-week course on a half-day basis was great.
A great course in the morning and a summer vacation in the afternoon.
